Why Choose aminoVITAL Perfect Energy?

Perfect Energy is designed for athletes who want a larger endurance-fuelling serving rather than a small conventional energy gel.

• Carbohydrate + amino-acid formulation: combines carbohydrate with alanine and proline in one sports fuel.
• 5,000mg amino acids: each pouch provides 4.5g alanine and 0.5g proline.
• Larger 130g format: provides more fuel in one serving than the compact aminoVITAL Aminoshot Perfect Energy pouch.
• Designed for endurance: Ajinomoto positions Perfect Energy as an energy jelly for longer-duration sports.
• Ready to consume: no mixing, bottle or preparation is required.

How Perfect Energy Is Formulated

aminoVITAL Perfect Energy brings together two components in one jelly drink:

• Carbohydrate as an energy source during exercise.
• Alanine + proline as the product's defined 5,000mg amino-acid blend.

Ajinomoto's formulation provides 4.5g alanine and 0.5g proline per pouch alongside its carbohydrate content. This gives Perfect Energy a different nutritional profile from aminoVITAL products such as PRO and GOLD, which are primarily amino-acid supplements rather than carbohydrate-focused endurance fuel.

It is also distinct from aminoVITAL Aminoshot Perfect Energy, which uses the same alanine + proline concept in a much smaller and more portable format.

When to Use aminoVITAL Perfect Energy

The current Singapore product label recommends 1 to 2 packets per day before and during exercise, training and sports.

Perfect Energy can therefore fit into:

• pre-exercise fuelling;
• long training sessions;
• running and endurance events;
• cycling;
• other prolonged sports where additional carbohydrate is planned.

For racing, use Perfect Energy as part of a fuelling strategy you have already tested during training. Total carbohydrate and fluid needs vary according to exercise duration, intensity, other fuel consumed and individual tolerance.

Flavour, Texture & Format

Ajinomoto describes Perfect Energy as a grapefruit-flavoured jelly drink with no fruit juice.

Each pouch contains 130g. The soft jelly-drink format can be consumed directly from the pouch without mixing or preparation.

The larger pouch makes Perfect Energy particularly different from the much smaller Aminoshot format: Perfect Energy prioritises a larger single fuelling serving, while Aminoshot prioritises portability.
