Collection: HYROX Preparation

Carbo-loading should be done the day before HYROX using high-carb options like SiS GO Energy Powder and Energy Bars to fully stock your glycogen stores. In the days leading up, continue taking creatine (e.g., MyProtein Creatine, MuscleUp Creatine) to support power output. On race day, avoid solid foods close to start time. Instead, 30 minutes before the race, sip a light, easily absorbed energy drink like SiS Beta Fuel Drink Mix or Amino VITAL® Perfect Energy to give your body a final energy boost without upsetting your stomach.
