Racepack Club is Racepack.sg's customer loyalty programme. Members can earn Race Coins, progress through VIP tiers and redeem eligible rewards when they shop and complete qualifying activities.

Race Coins are the loyalty currency used by Racepack Club. Members earn Coins through qualifying purchases and eligible activities and can use those Coins for available rewards.

100 Race Coins are currently equivalent to S$1 in reward value. The exact number of Coins required for each reward is shown in the Redeemable Rewards section.

Your qualifying annual spend determines your Racepack Club membership tier. As your qualifying spend increases, you can progress through Sport, Athlete, Performance and Elite.

Racepack Club has four membership tiers: Sport, Athlete, Performance and Elite. Visit the VIP Tiers section for the current qualifying spend levels, earning rates and benefits for each tier.

Sign in to Racepack Club using your Racepack.sg customer account. Your current VIP tier and loyalty status are displayed in your Racepack Club account.

You can earn Race Coins through qualifying Racepack.sg purchases and eligible activities shown under Ways to Earn. The earning value displayed for each activity is the current value that applies.

Coins from an eligible purchase are connected to your Racepack Club account after the qualifying order is recognised by the loyalty programme. If your Coins do not appear after your order has been processed, contact Racepack.sg for assistance.

Some non-purchase activities may also earn Race Coins. Check the Ways to Earn section for the activities currently available and the number of Coins awarded for each one.

Available rewards may include discount vouchers, selected free products, member rewards and other Racepack Club benefits. Current options are displayed in the Redeemable Rewards section.

Sign in to Racepack Club, choose an available reward and follow the redemption instructions shown for that reward. Any required Coins, minimum spend or other conditions will be stated with the reward where applicable.

Some rewards may have eligibility requirements, minimum spend conditions, usage limits or validity periods. Always check the terms shown with the specific reward and the Racepack Club Terms & Conditions before redemption.

Use the same Racepack.sg customer account when shopping and accessing Racepack Club so your eligible purchases, Coins, tier status and rewards can be associated with your loyalty profile.
