What Is SiS REGO Cherry Juice?

SiS REGO Cherry Juice is a concentrated tart cherry product made from Montmorency cherries. Unlike SiS recovery powders that combine protein and carbohydrate, REGO Cherry Juice contains a single ingredient: sour cherry juice concentrate.

Montmorency cherries naturally contain plant compounds including anthocyanins and flavonoids, as well as melatonin. Science in Sport positions the product for use around periods of demanding training and competition as part of a broader recovery routine.

100% Montmorency Cherry Juice Concentrate

The formula contains no protein blend, carbohydrate powder or added vitamin complex. Its only declared ingredient is 100% sour cherry juice concentrate.

This makes REGO Cherry Juice a different type of recovery product from SiS REGO Rapid Recovery, REGO Clear Recovery and BETA Recovery, which provide protein and carbohydrate.

How to Use SiS REGO Cherry Juice

Science in Sport gives two main ways to use REGO Cherry Juice:

• Before or after an event: one 30ml sachet in the morning and one in the evening for 4–5 days before an event or for 2–3 days afterwards.
• After exercise: one 30ml sachet may also be consumed immediately after training.

Dilute one 30ml sachet in approximately 250–350ml of water, or mix it into a recovery shake or smoothie.
