Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility

Racepack Club membership is available to customers who create or register for a Racepack Club membership using valid customer account and contact information.

Membership is intended for individual personal use and is not transferable.

Each customer should maintain only one Racepack Club membership. Racepack reserves the right to merge, suspend or close duplicate accounts.

Racepack Club membership is currently free unless otherwise expressly stated.

Racepack reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership where there is suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of rewards, manipulation of the Programme or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Race Coins

Race Coins are loyalty points issued under Racepack Club.

Race Coins:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person unless expressly permitted by Racepack.
• Cannot be used outside Racepack's participating sales channels unless otherwise stated.
• Remain subject to the applicable redemption rules displayed at the time of redemption.

Where Race Coins have a stated redemption value, Racepack may revise the conversion or redemption structure from time to time.

3. Earning Race Coins on Purchases

Unless otherwise stated, Race Coins are not earned on:

• Delivery or shipping charges.
• Gift card or eGiftcard purchases.
• Amounts paid using Race Coins.
• Refunded or cancelled purchases.
• Non-qualifying products.
• Excluded promotional items.
• Other charges that Racepack determines are not eligible for Race Coins.

For example, if an order has an original value of S$100 and a S$20 promotional discount is applied, Race Coins will generally be calculated on the qualifying nett amount of S$80.

Race Coins may only be credited after an order has been successfully processed, paid or fulfilled, depending on the applicable Racepack Club earning rule.

4. Bonus Race Coins and Promotions

From time to time, Racepack may offer:

• Bonus Race Coins.
• Race Coin multipliers.
• Promotional Race Coins.
• Campaign-specific rewards.
• Product-specific rewards.
• Event-specific rewards.

The applicable campaign terms will take precedence where they differ from these general Terms & Conditions.

Racepack may impose:

• Maximum bonus Race Coin limits.
• Minimum purchase requirements.
• Eligible product or brand requirements.
• Specific promotional periods.
• Specific sales-channel requirements.
• Limits on the number of times a promotion may be used.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus Race Coin promotions cannot be combined with other Race Coin multipliers.

5. Non-Purchase Earning Activities

Racepack may allow members to earn Race Coins through activities such as:

• Email subscription.
• Eligible product reviews.
• Approved challenges.
• Referrals.
• Event participation.
• Social or community activities.
• Other activities displayed within Racepack Club.

Each earning activity may be subject to:

• A one-time earning limit.
• A daily, monthly or annual earning limit.
• Verification requirements.
• Membership-status requirements.
• Additional conditions displayed with the activity.

Racepack may reject or reverse Race Coins awarded for incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, automated or otherwise ineligible activities.

Where an earning activity requires verification, Racepack's determination of eligibility will be final, subject to correction of genuine administrative errors.

6. Product Reviews

Race Coins may only be awarded for product reviews that meet the applicable review programme requirements.

Where a reward is stated to be available only to verified purchasers, Racepack or its review service provider may verify that the reviewer purchased the relevant product before awarding Race Coins.

Racepack may withhold or reverse Race Coins for:

• Fake reviews.
• Duplicated reviews.
• Reviews submitted for products not purchased where verified purchase is required.
• Spam.
• Abusive or inappropriate content.
• Attempts to manipulate the reward system.

Racepack does not require a positive review as a condition of earning Race Coins. Eligible reviews should reflect the customer's genuine experience.

7. Race Coin Adjustments for Returns and Refunds

Where an order is subsequently:

• Returned.
• Refunded.
• Partially refunded.
• Cancelled.
• Reversed.

Racepack may deduct the corresponding Race Coins previously earned from that transaction.

Where only part of an order is refunded, Race Coins may be adjusted proportionately based on the revised qualifying purchase value.

If a member has already redeemed Race Coins before the adjustment, the member's Race Coin balance may become negative.

Future Race Coins earned may first be applied against any negative balance.

8. VIP Tiers

Racepack Club may include membership tiers including:

Tier qualification is based on the applicable qualifying criteria displayed by Racepack Club.

Qualifying criteria may include eligible spending, Race Coins earned, purchase activity or other programme criteria determined by Racepack.

Racepack may revise:

• Tier names.
• Tier thresholds.
• Qualification periods.
• Benefits.
• Earning rates.
• Renewal requirements.

Achieving a higher tier does not guarantee that the same benefits will remain available indefinitely.

Tier benefits are personal to the member and cannot be transferred.

9. Tier Qualification and Tier Rewards

Where Racepack provides a reward for reaching a specific tier, the reward:

• May only be issued once during the applicable qualification period.
• May be subject to a minimum spend.
• May have an expiry date.
• May exclude selected products or brands.
• May not be exchangeable for cash.
• May not be combinable with selected promotional codes.

Racepack may delay the issuance of a tier reward while qualifying purchases are being verified or while an order remains within a return or cancellation period.

If purchases contributing to tier qualification are later refunded or cancelled, Racepack reserves the right to recalculate the member's tier status.

10. eGiftcards and Voucher Rewards

Racepack Club may provide eGiftcards, vouchers, discount codes or promotional credits as membership or tier benefits.

The applicable minimum spend, validity period and exclusions will be displayed together with the reward.

eGiftcards, vouchers and promotional rewards:

• Are not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot be resold.
• Cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted.
• May only be used once unless otherwise stated.
• May be restricted to selected sales channels.
• May exclude selected products or brands.
• May not apply to shipping charges.
• May not be combined with selected discounts, promotional codes or other rewards.

Any unused value or discount entitlement after expiry will be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Combining Rewards and Promotional Codes

Whether two or more offers may be combined will depend on the specific promotion and checkout rules applicable at the time of purchase.

Racepack reserves the right to restrict combinations involving:

• Race Coin discounts.
• Tier rewards.
• Birthday rewards.
• eGiftcards.
• Promotional vouchers.
• Sitewide discount codes.
• Brand promotions.
• Event promotions.
• Automatically applied discounts.

Where multiple discounts are available, the member may be required to select the preferred offer.

12. Free Shipping Benefits

Certain Racepack Club tiers may receive free or discounted shipping benefits.

The minimum spend may vary by membership tier.

Unless otherwise stated, free shipping:

• Applies only to qualifying local Singapore deliveries.
• Is calculated based on the nett order value after applicable discounts.
• May exclude bulky, oversized, special-handling or restricted delivery items.
• May exclude selected delivery methods.
• May not apply to international orders.
• May be subject to Racepack's prevailing shipping policies.

Racepack may revise free-shipping thresholds and delivery conditions from time to time.

13. Birthday Rewards

Eligible Racepack Club members may receive a birthday reward based on the birthday information registered to their account.

Unless otherwise stated:

• The reward is valid only during the member's birthday month.
• The reward may be redeemed once during that birthday month.
• The reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The reward may not be combined with selected promotional codes.
• Selected brands, products or promotions may be excluded.
• The member must have a valid date of birth registered before the applicable cut-off period, where required.

Members are responsible for providing accurate birthday information.

Racepack may decline requests to repeatedly change a registered birthday where there is reason to believe the changes are intended to obtain additional birthday rewards.

14. Partner Benefits

Selected Racepack Club tiers may receive benefits offered by third-party partners, including fitness, wellness, event or lifestyle partners.

Partner benefits:

• Are subject to availability.
• May be available for limited periods.
• May have separate eligibility requirements.
• May require advance registration.
• May be subject to the partner's own Terms & Conditions.
• May be changed, replaced or discontinued.

Racepack is not responsible for services, facilities, products or experiences supplied directly by a third-party partner, except to the extent required by applicable law.

15. Race Coin Expiry

Race Coins may be subject to an expiry policy as displayed within the Racepack Club account, Racepack website or relevant communication.

Members are responsible for monitoring their Race Coin balance and expiry information.

Where Race Coins expire according to the published expiry policy, expired Race Coins cannot normally be reinstated except where Racepack determines that an administrative or technical error occurred.

16. Reward Expiry

Individual rewards may have their own validity periods.

Rewards must be redeemed before the stated expiry date.

Racepack is not obliged to:

• Extend an expired reward.
• Replace an unused reward.
• Convert an expired reward to Race Coins.
• Provide cash compensation for an expired reward.

This is subject to any rights that may apply under applicable law.

17. Marketplace and Third-Party Purchases

Racepack may allow qualifying purchases from selected marketplaces, retail locations, events or third-party sales channels to receive Race Coins.

Such purchases may require:

• Order verification.
• Submission within a specified claim period.
• Proof of purchase.
• Matching customer information.
• Other verification requirements.

Racepack reserves the right to decline claims that cannot be reasonably verified.

Purchases through third-party marketplaces remain subject to the marketplace's own payment, cancellation, return and refund policies.

18. Account Accuracy

Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date, including:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Mobile number.
• Date of birth.
• Other relevant account information.

Racepack is not responsible for rewards, notices or benefits that a member does not receive because of inaccurate or outdated account information.

19. Fraud, Abuse and Programme Manipulation

Racepack reserves the right to investigate any suspected abuse of Racepack Club.

Examples may include:

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain duplicate signup rewards.
• Repeatedly subscribing and unsubscribing to obtain repeated rewards.
• Fake or duplicated reviews.
• Fraudulent referrals.
• Fabricated proof of purchase.
• Manipulating returns to retain Race Coins.
• Selling or transferring rewards without authorisation.
• Automated activity intended to generate Race Coins.
• Any other attempt to obtain rewards outside the intended operation of the Programme.

Racepack may:

• Withhold Race Coins.
• Reverse Race Coins.
• Cancel rewards.
• Adjust tier status.
• Suspend membership.
• Terminate membership.

These actions may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect Racepack Club against misuse.

20. Technical and Administrative Errors

Racepack may correct Race Coin balances, tier assignments or reward entitlements where an error has occurred due to:

• System malfunction.
• Incorrect configuration.
• Duplicated transactions.
• Incorrect calculations.
• Integration issues.
• Human error.
• Other technical or administrative causes.

Where reasonably practicable, Racepack will attempt to rectify genuine errors fairly.

The display of an incorrect Race Coin balance or reward does not create an entitlement where the balance or reward was issued in error.

21. Changes to Racepack Club

Racepack may amend, suspend or discontinue any aspect of Racepack Club, including:

• Race Coin earning rates.
• Race Coin redemption rates.
• Tier thresholds.
• Membership benefits.
• Promotional activities.
• Rewards.
• Minimum spends.
• Free-shipping thresholds.
• Partner benefits.
• These Terms & Conditions.

Where a material change affects existing members, Racepack may provide notice through the Racepack website, email, Racepack Club account or another appropriate communication channel.

Continued participation in Racepack Club after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

22. Programme Suspension or Termination

Racepack may suspend or terminate Racepack Club where reasonably necessary.

Where the Programme is permanently discontinued, Racepack may provide members with a reasonable period to redeem eligible Race Coins or rewards, subject to applicable law and any notice provided at that time.

23. Personal Data and Marketing Communications

Personal information collected in connection with Racepack Club will be handled in accordance with Racepack's applicable Privacy Policy.

Participation in Racepack Club does not necessarily require members to remain subscribed to marketing communications.

Members may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe mechanism provided in Racepack communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not automatically terminate Racepack Club membership.

Certain transactional or programme-related communications may still be sent where necessary to administer membership, purchases, rewards or account activity.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Racepack will not be liable for losses arising solely from:

• Expired Race Coins or rewards.
• Failure to redeem a benefit within its stated validity period.
• Third-party partner availability.
• Unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to secure their account.
• Temporary Programme or website outages.
• Circumstances outside Racepack's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. Interpretation and Disputes

Racepack reserves the right to interpret these Terms & Conditions and determine eligibility for Race Coins, rewards and tier benefits, acting reasonably and consistently with the Programme rules.

If there is a discrepancy between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a particular campaign, reward or promotion, the specific terms of that campaign, reward or promotion will apply to the extent of the discrepancy.

26. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute arising from Racepack Club will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Singapore.
