Racepack Return Policy
Effective Date: 17 January 2025
Thank you for your purchase from Racepack! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
- Unused and Unopened: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Within Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Certain Exclusions: Some items may be excluded from return, such as:
- Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
- Personalized or customized items
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable content)
- Perishable goods (e.g., certain supplements)
Initiating a Return:
- Contact Us: Contact our customer support team via email at az.sg.freedelivery@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and any original documentation.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item).
- Include RMA Number: Include the RMA number on the return shipping label.
Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7 business days to process.
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
