How to Use Clif Bloks Energy Chews
For best results, consume half a packet of Clif Bloks Energy Chews 15 minutes prior to activity to increase blood sugar levels. Follow up with an additional one to two packets during each hour of activity. Follow each CLIF Shot Blok with a mouthful of water.
